Who administers the infusions?

Our infusion service is run by a licensed medical team of professional doctors and nurses who are fully qualified to administer infusion treatments. Many of them have international experience and have worked in major hospitals, and are able to communicate in English. You can rest assured that you are in good hands.

Does an infusion hurt?

Getting an infusion is usually no more painful than a vaccination. You may feel a little pressure when the needle is inserted (we usually choose a vein on the inside of your arm because it has fewer nerves), and the cannula that is left in is made of soft, sterile plastic, so you should feel comfortable after the treatment is in place.
How often can I get an infusion treatment?

We generally recommend that patients do not have infusion treatments more than once every three days, but this can vary depending on the type of treatment and its purpose. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like advice on the infusion schedule that best suits your needs.

Is there anyone who cannot have infusions?

Those with health conditions such as heart or kidney disease should seek permission from their doctor before having an infusion. People with diabetes should also consider other health factors. Our team will check your vital signs and ask you to complete a health history form before treatment to ensure safety.

We recognise that many people enjoy a drink during the holidays, however we recommend that infusion services are used to aid recovery after a long night out or celebration. We do not support or condone drinking in dangerous amounts, and if someone is visibly intoxicated when they arrive for treatment we will ask to reschedule.
What is your booking policy?

All appointments must be paid in full before treatment begins, either by credit card or cash. Large group bookings require a deposit to confirm. If you need to cancel, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations after the nurse has arrived on site will incur a cancellation fee.
What are your safety protocols?

Patient safety is our top priority. Prior to an infusion, patients will undergo a routine health screening by a licensed nurse, which includes taking their blood pressure, temperature, and reviewing their medical history to ensure there are no underlying medical conditions.
